Hi Karolina, you can use about 3 drumsticks in this recipe. Scale up, if needed, as indicated on the recipe. Make sure to cut slits into the thickest part of the meat, to allow the chicken to be cooked through.

Hi Ezy, these cookies are best consumed within one week. If you need to keep them longer, they will keep an extra week in the refrigerator. Any longer than that, they will become stale.

Hi Luke. You can use chiles de arbol, but note that they can be pretty spicy. In Malaysia and Indonesia, we usually use a mix of spicy and less spicy dried chillies. You can use dried Kashmiri chilli peppers too.
