My husband and I made this recipe for dinner in a 13″ iron skillet and it was delicious. We used boneless pork loin ribeye chops that we had recently purchased at HEB, and Tony’s Lite Creole Seasoning instead of cayenne pepper. We were looking for a recipe to jazz up our boneless pork chops and they were jazzed up.

I made this tonight for dinner and it was very good! My boyfriend had 2 pork chops (I made 6) and both my daughters just devoured it! My only complaint is that I found the pork chops to be dry, probably cooked them too long.

Loved this!! My pork chops were really thick so had to cook longer. I doubled the sauce and glad I did because it was so good! My husband loved it! Served with yellow rice and sautéed bell peppers.

This was wonderful. Chops were very yummy and moist. Will make often. I am thinking about trying it on chicken.
